Hey All! First of all, happy Spring! It's funny because I
just realized that today is the first official day of Spring, and it just so happens that my
Hello Spring tutorial posted on Moda Bakeshop! Stop on by if you get a chance. You can find it
HERE or by clicking the image above.
Also, in Step 4 of my tutorial I said to save all scraps.

I trimmed the scraps to 2.5 x 5 inch rectangles to make some easy patchwork coasters. :)

It's a quick and easy project that will add little pops of color around your home. I made these as a housewarming gift for a friend. You can find the tutorial
HERE.

Thanks for stopping by, and happy Spring!
So, I know what I'll be doing tomorrow! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI love the pillow and the coasters... that fabric is gorgeous and fresh like spring!! Thanks for sharing and inspiring!!
ReplyDeleteLove the pillow and coasters. And since I'm a "jelly roll addict" I can make several! LOL!
ReplyDeleteI love this pillow. I have two daughter-in-laws that I know would love them too, so this is going to be wonderful gifts. The coasters are a great bonus too. Thanks so much for sharing!!!
ReplyDeleteSo Cute!

I saw this cushion on Pinterest yesterday, found your blog, bought supplies and made it today! Thanks so much for your tutorial, i'm so pleased with how it turned out :) I will be sure to link your blog to my blogpost (when i get around to doing it) Thanks again!
ReplyDeleteI just found your pillow on Moda bakeshop and I have to say I am having a serious case of coincidence! Not only did we both make pillow patterns this month (released within days of each other) with the same name, but we are also both located in Seattle! I think we must have been channeling one another. ;) I adore your pillow design btw and love how much texture it has! Congrats on being featured on the bakeshop!
ReplyDeleteVery beatiful. I love it.

ReplyDeleteawesome! I love to see other takes on the pillow using different fabrics. If you have a moment you can share a picture on Quilting In The Rain's facebook :)

This is by far the cutest pillow I have ever seen. And I have seen a ton of pillows. I saw this on pinterest and had to learn more about the designer and now I'm following your blog. Keep up the brilliance!
